Dennis J Snower is Professor of Economics at Birkbeck College, University of London. He is also Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Research Fellow at IZA, Institute for the Study of Labor, Bonn. He has previously worked and taught at Columbia University, the University of Stockholm, the University of Jerusalem, the International Monetary Fund, and the European University Institute. Born in 1950 Professor Snower gained a BA in Mathematics from New College, Oxford University, an MA and a PhD at Princeton University. His research interests focus on Labor Economics.
